I want to be honest with you, folks: 

My finance team just met to look at our fundraising numbers for the new year — and at the moment, our cash-on-hand is lower than what we expected. 

This is a problem because the final public FEC fundraising deadline is just around the corner, and we’re simply not where we need to be. 

After we close the books on our fundraising on Saturday and send our numbers to the FEC, anyone — including Wisconsin Republicans who are looking at a potential run in the 2024 election — will pick apart our fundraising data and try to find any weakness. Some potential opponents have already posted big numbers this year. That’s why meeting our fundraising goal by Saturday night is so important. 

This team has always shown up for me when I've needed it most, and I’m hoping this time won’t be any different. That’s why I’m reaching out to ask:
