Hi John,

Just like us, wildlife need to move to survive. Human-made barriers like roads and fences cut through wildlife’s habitat and impede their ability to traverse the landscape. In eastern North Carolina, wildlife-vehicle collisions are a key factor driving the critically-endangered red wolf toward extinction.

But there's good news! Thanks to your support, we’ve studied these wildlife barriers and identified science-informed solutions that provide safe passage for wildlife to critical habitat. We authored a report to educate North Carolinian's about the top 20 priority sites for wildlife road crossings, including two locations in red wolf country.

Safeguarding wildlife's natural movement is the heart of what Wildlands Network does. If we can protect and reconnect habitat for red wolves in North Carolina, we can make it happen for wildlife all across North America.

There’s no time to waste—give TODAY to ensure wildlife will be able to thrive continent-wide for future generations!

For the wild,

Our goal is to raise $100,000 for large-scale habitat and corridor conservation.

Thanks to a generous challenge gift from the Biophilia Foundation, your donation will be matched dollar for dollar up to $50,000.
