John, this is not the time to leave your matched dollars on the table. We’re at a precarious moment for gender justice, with major fights on the horizon next year, including:

Affirmative action, LGBTQ+ rights, and discrimination protections are potentially on the chopping block at the Supreme Court
States refusing to recognize transgender children, even criminalizing their parents for respecting their gender identities
Continued attacks on abortion and contraception access
…and more

But together, we can—and will—fight back. This year we are litigating our own cases in court representing student survivors, fighting for equal pay, advocating for fertility coverage for LGBTQ+ patients, and for workers to be free from sexual harassment. And this year alone, we filed amicus briefs in major court cases that will determine the future of LGBTQ+ rights, affirmative action, equal pay, workers ’rights to be free from sex harassment and to have fair schedules, and students’ rights under Title IX. We fought for the successful nomination of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, the first Black woman on the Supreme Court. We worked in states across the country to protect abortion access, stop workplace harassment and discrimination, and elevate the voices of those who politicians would rather ignore.
For 50 years, NWLC has been on the leading edge of every major legal and policy victory for women. We have the experience and expertise to win when it counts—but we can’t do it without donors like you.
Make a $50 gift in honor of our 50th anniversary now and your donation will go twice as far to power the fight for gender justice. [[link removed]]
