This legislation would have empowered China, hurt American workers, and worsened our current immigration crisis.

Fellow Conservative, Heritage Action raised the alarm and convinced representatives who initially supported the bill to change their position. In the end, Pelosi tried more than four times to hold a vote for the bill, but she lacked the votes every time. She delayed, delayed, delayed, and ultimately canceled the scheduled vote for the EAGLE Act.
