Ready for some Pure Michigan powder?

The Porcupine Mountains Winter Sports Complex, located just inside the entrance to Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park in Michigan's western Upper Peninsula, will open its slopes Friday, Dec. 30!

There's something for everyone: first-timers, aspiring intermediates, thrill seekers, trail enthusiasts and anybody looking for some snowy outdoor fun!

You'll find stellar views of Lake Superior, a natural terrain park, glades (woodsy trails cut between each run) and a triple chairlift. There are also groomed winter trails open to cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and fat-tire biking. All you need is a Recreation Passport to enter the park and a lift ticket to use the triple lift.
