Without Roe, abortion access varies greatly from state to state. We've been combating efforts to force people to carry pregnancies against their will at all levels and in every corner of the nation, fighting abortion bans and restrictions in court, supporting mass protests across the country, and taking on new unconstitutional abortion bans. Together with our supporters, affiliates, and partners, we fought to pass the first citizen-initiated abortion ballot measure in history, which guarantees a state constitutional right to reproductive freedom in Michigan. But ACLU Supporter, there is so much more work to do and our fight is more urgent than ever going into 2023.
