Texas Democrats File Legislation to Legalize Abortion Again
John, Democrats in Austin have already filed bills for 2023 that would:
* Repeal our state ban on abortion;
* Add exceptions targeting children with disabilities; and
* Enshrine the "right" to abortion in our state constitution.
Leftists introduced their bills at the first chance possible, before the legislative session even begins!
