I hope your Christmas was a blessed one.

Did you know that the record number of active cases we are presently directing are for clients in twenty different states? Through Gods’ grace, we now have twenty-seven offices across the US, all staffed by PJI attorneys. For instance,
* In Florida, we are representing parents whose children's rights have been violated by the School District of Palm Beach County who in August reneged on previously granted religious accommodations for over 11,000 students.
* In Michigan, the University of Michigan (a public university) has denied our clients critically needed organ transplants after refusing to consider their religious accommodation requests.
* In Wisconsin, we represent 64 clients who work in a healthcare organization who tried to file religious exemption requests with their employer, who only offered online filing, and to do so, our clients were required to check a box stating that if their exemption was denied, they would voluntarily resign. And further, it is questionable if their religious exemption requests were ever reviewed.

PJI is the average American’s nonprofit legal defense ministry.

We have never chosen cases/clients based on “promotional value” and we leave no one behind who needs our help; it’s as simple as that.
