Dear John,

2022 has been a tough year for the world and especially for feminist activists and human rights defenders. In February, Russia invaded Ukraine. Fast forward to June and Roe v. Wade was overturned. As the year ends Iranian women continue to take to the streets fighting for their rights and freedoms.

These are just a few examples of the uprisings, conflicts, and injustices women and non-binary activists face worldwide. Never has there been a more crucial time to get resources into the hands of activists aiming to uphold their rights and fight for a more just and equitable world.
Give today and support human rights defenders globally. ([link removed])
Throughout this trying year, UAF has continued our rapid response grantmaking, getting more dollars and grants into the hands of feminist grantees than any year prior. This support is made possible because of the generous donations of supporters like you.

As a result of our funding, we see our grantee partners providing safety and security in conflict zones, influencing policy changes, and developing practices of collective care to address activist burnout.

Help us keep the momentum going today, getting even more funding to feminist activists at this time of great need, and building movements for a safer, healthier, and more just world.

In solidarity,
