Let me start off by saying that I try to keep my communication to a minimum during the summer -- I know you probably have family plans or are just trying to relax a bit -- but it’s really important I reach out today. Please, let me quickly explain why.

Unfortunately, Anthony Brindisi’s July fundraising has been much slower than any of us on the team anticipated. We’ve been hustling the past few (very hot) days at campaign HQ, but we’re still way off track from reaching our end-of-month goal.

Listen, I’ll be honest with you... there’s another reason that this is so critical right now.

Claudia Tenney has been rubbing shoulders with Washington insiders itching to write her six-figure checks. There have been a lot of articles lately with direct quotes from her that she’s leaning closer and closer to running for this seat again.

Here’s a fact: If Claudia jumps in and beats Anthony, she would undo EVERYTHING we’ve fought so hard for.

She’d vote again to destroy the Affordable Care Act.

She’d vote again to further the Tax Scam that hurts working families.

And she’d let corporate PACs and her big money donors call the shots in Congress.

We hate to say it, but it’s a real possibility -- remember, Anthony only won by 1% in 2018, and the final result wasn’t declared for weeks. It was a brutal campaign to win.
