Happy Holidays [[link removed]]
John —
As we break for some much-deserved holiday festivities and rest, we wanted to take a moment to let you know that we’re so grateful for super supporters like you.
It’s been a busy year of powerful organizing with many amazing accomplishments — from celebrating our 15th anniversary to getting a hearing in the House for our National Domestic Workers Bill of Rights to showing up and turning out for the midterm elections. You’ve been there every step of the way and we wanted to extend our gratitude to you for your commitment and dedication to uplifting domestic workers and moving our country closer to a caring economy that works for all of us. With each action taken, each phone call made, each petition signed, our movement has grown stronger and that’s because of YOU.
We cherish you and your support. That’s why we want to encourage everyone to remember that this is the season for caring, and that includes self-care! While we’re excited about the work ahead, we hope you’ll join us and take this moment to slow down, recharge and reconnect. We owe it to ourselves.
Thank you for all you do and have a joyous, safe holiday season.
From all of us at the National Domestic Workers Alliance

The majority of domestic workers sit at the center of some of our nation’s most decisive issues because of who they are and what they do: they are women – mostly women of color, immigrants, mothers, and low-wage workers. They are impacted by almost every policy affecting the future of our economy, democracy and country.
Domestic workers can lead us toward a new, inclusive vision for the future for all of us -- and your grassroots support is the fuel that can get us there.
