Working Groups
Regenerative Agriculture and Justice
This month, the Regenerative Agriculture and Justice Working Group contributed to responses to the USDA - Natural Resource Conservation Service's request for input on how to implement the Inflation Reduction Act funding. ASBN and other partner coalitions called on the USDA to implement the $20 billion in new funding in ways that will have the most impact on regenerating soil health, restoring clean water, and supporting underserved and discriminated against farmers. The working group is also seeking input from ASBN's network to inform our 2023 priorities for the farm bill.
