Greetings,
We hope you are having a great week as we head into the end of 2022! This week, Congressman Kim was busy in Washington passing major legislation that will support community projects, our servicemembers, small businesses, and protect our democracy. This funding is going to deliver for so many people and we are proud to end the 117th Congress on a high note.
Happy holidays and New Year to you and your loved ones! We hope you enjoy some relaxing time together while staying safe and warm this winter. As always, we hope you find the following updates and resources helpful.

Congressman Kim Introduces Bipartisan Legislation to Protect VA Caregiver Benefits
This week, Congressman Kim introduced the VA Caregiver Continuity Act to protect our nation's vulnerable veterans from losing access to the benefits they have earned. Every day veterans and their caregivers rely on this program.
The legislation would protect veterans and caregivers in the Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers (the Caregiver Program) from being discharged or having their support reduced because they do not meet the Veterans Administration (VA)’s new eligibility criteria.
