** Happy Holidays from the AAAFund Fam!
------------------------------------------------------------

It’s cooling off in Georgia but we’re still feeling warm and fuzzy from Senator Raphael Warnock’s election! We made sure our Georgia chapter, led by Lani Wong and Cam Ashling, could get the AAPI vote out and sent our own organizing superstar Irene Lin to the Peach State to organize for the Georgia runoff!

The Board was excited to support our Georgia chapter and Senator Warnock through two elections this year and two in the 2020 cycle. We’re so proud Cam’s work on the Warnock campaign, and were happy to help with ethnic media buys, in-language outreach, and AAPI organizing. Our Georgia chapter and Irene’s last minute organizing made a difference in this runoff and we’re excited for a bluer future.

More from Irene’s campaign diaries below…

House Democrats have elected a historically diverse leadership for the 118th Congress. We’re so excited to see change at the top and hope that we see a staff that reflects America’s full diversity. The Board sent a letter to House leadership asking that AAPIs be well-represented throughout House staff, including at senior levels.

** One last congrats to all our endorsees!

AAAFund was proud to support a FANTASTIC slate of candidates from across the country, including some stunning upsets and nailbiters. Congrats!!!!
