And this year alone, we filed amicus briefs in major court cases that will determine the future of LGBTQ+ rights, affirmative action, equal pay, workers’rights to be free from sex harassment and to have fair schedules, and students’ rights under Title IX. We fought for the successful nomination of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, the first Black woman on the Supreme Court. We worked in states across the country to protect abortion access, stop workplace harrassment and discrimination, and elevate the voices of those who politicians would rather ignore.
