It’s been said that, “Christmas is the story of God's relentless love for us" and that is true. Romans 5:8 reminds us, “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
During this Christmas season, let’s never forget that Jesus was born, blessed us by loving us and living among us, died for our sins, paying a debt He did not owe, because we owed a debt we could not pay and is now and forever on the throne in Heaven!
Take comfort in Isaiah 9:6,
“For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
