Governor Parson Announces Appointment of James Eftink as Associate?Circuit?Judge for 17th Judicial?Circuit
(JEFFERSON CITY, MO) ??Today,?Governor Mike Parson announced he will appoint James Eftink as Associate Circuit Judge for Cass County in the 17th Judicial Circuit. He will fill the vacancy created by the appointment of the Honorable Stacey Lett as Circuit Judge.?
Mr. Eftink, of Lake Winnebago, is currently a partner at Eftink Law, P.C. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Saint Louis University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri.
