Wednesday on MSNBC’s The Beat ([link removed]) , Democrat Representative and unhinged anti-Trump propagandist Jamie Raskin ([link removed]) claimed that the Republican Party under former President Trump is “a paranoid cult of an authoritarian personality.”
Referring to the Deep State-instigated chaos at the Capitol on January 6, 2021, which the Left falsely insists on labeling an “insurrection,” Raskin said, “Let’s fortify American democracy against the coups and insurrection and political violence electoral sabotage that’s coming from these people. Let’s hope that the criminal prosecution scares a lot of them off. But the truth is that Donald Trump’s party which alas is the same party that used to belong to Abraham Lincoln, used to be an anti-slavery, pro-freedom, pro-democracy party, and now it is a paranoid cult of an authoritarian personality.”
Raskin continued to rant: “That party thrives on anti-democracy, on voter suppression, on gerrymandering and the filibuster. We need to get democracy moving again. So we need statehood for the disenfranchised populations in Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico. We need a constitutional amendment guaranteeing the right to vote. We need to repair The Voting Rights Act, which has been dismembered by the Supreme Court in the Shelby County v. Holder. We need to get democracy moving in the right direction, so we don’t lapse back into the authoritarian stuff.”
There is no voter suppression in this country, unless he’s referring to the massive Democrat voter fraud that disenfranchises the votes of tens of millions of Republicans. What he means by “getting democracy moving again” is rigging the demographics of the country to ensure that the United States becomes a permanent Democrat state.

Upon joining Congress in 2017, Raskin on January 13 objected ([link removed]) to the certification of the results of the 2016 presidential election in which Donald Trump had defeated Hillary Clinton ([link removed]) . Said Raskin: “I have an objection because 10 of the 29 electoral votes cast by Florida were cast by electors not lawfully certified because they violated Florida’s prohibition against dual office holders.” Raskin’s objection was not supported by any senators, thus it gained no traction in Congress...
