Dear Colleague,
We at C-Fam stand and applaud the brave delegations from the continent of Africa, who practically alone, stood up to the European Union and the United States on the controversial issues of human sexuality. They proved in the final days of the just concluded General Assembly that there is no consensus on things like homosexuality, transgenderism, and abortion. It is unfortunate that European countries that are lauded for their conservative tilt did not stand up with the Africans in fighting for their traditional beliefs. The editorial on this topic is mine.
Our colleague Rebecca Oas, Ph.D. has a year-end round up of how radical the UN agencies continue to be. Agencies like WHO, and even UNICEF have gone off the edge on questions of human sexuality. What's more, they act without the consensus of the UN Member States.
We are a few days away from the birth of Our Lord. From Him alone are we redeemed. Merry Christmas to all.
Yours sincerely,
Austin Ruse
President

Even though there is no consensus on these issues among UN Member States, the UN’s specialized agencies have become increasingly aggressive in promoting them. Read more >>
