I wanted to jump into your holiday week for just a minute to make sure you saw what happened in Texas last week.

On December 14th, the Washington Post reported that Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton tried to compile a list of all transgender individuals in the state. This is horrifying. Full stop. 

Similarly, Hitler compiled lists of his own including a pink list of LGBTQ+ people. Pinpointing those you want to expose, marginalize, deport, or detain are the tools of genocide. Fascist ideologies don’t die on their own. We have to end them.
