Big news out of Virginia this morning — State Senator Jennifer McClellan just won a landslide primary victory in Virginia’s Fourth District. With her distinguished record leading on voting rights, abortion, and much more, I was proud to support Jennifer McClellan. Now, she is one step closer to becoming the first Black woman to represent Virginia in Congress.

But this race isn’t over yet. Now, Jennifer McClellan has to defeat her Republican opponent in a special election on February 3.
