Welcome to the Eleventh Day of the 15 Days of Ballotpedia!
Election Administration Legislation Tracker
It may seem like a difficult task to keep up with state election laws. Here at Ballotpedia, our goal is to inform people about politics by providing accurate and objective information about politics at all levels of government. This is one of the many reasons we launched our newest, state-of-the-art resource this year, the Election Administration Legislation Tracker.
Our legislation tracker sets the industry standard for ease of use, flexibility, and raw power. Each day, Ballotpedia's election experts provide updates on bills and other relevant political developments covering a broad assortment of policy areas including: rules and regulations about voting, ballot access, absentee and in-person voting, and more!
Since launching the tracker in June of this year, Ballotpedia has tracked 2,534 election-related bills in 45 states, and we’re already following more than 100 bills pre-filed for 2023. But we’ve only scratched the surface with the capabilities of this tool with more than 150,000 bills introduced in state legislatures each year across many different areas of public policy.
With the support of our donors, Ballotpedia is able to continue developing innovative tools like the Election Administration Legislation Tracker to help citizens dive deeper into the bills affecting everyday life.
Best,
Leslie Graves
