That's why he helped introduce the Electoral Count Reform Act of 2022, a piece of legislation to safeguard the electoral vote, making it more difficult to launch conspiracy theory-based schemes to fraudulently win elections.

Now, after working for months with colleagues across the aisle, the Electoral Count Reform Act is officially slated to pass as part of the omnibus spending bill!
