Everything hinges on what we do in moments like these.

We need you to know three critical things:

ONE: Vengeful politicians have introduced bills in nearly EVERY state to suppress our votes.

TWO: Others have tried to overturn elections they lose -- even inciting violence when they fail.

THREE: We're leading the fight to protect our voting rights from every last attack -- but we can't do it without you.

We'll be blunt: Right now, we're not where we need to be. Our midnight deadline is just 10 hours away -- and we're still $1,988 short of our goal. With voter suppression at an all-time high, falling short just isn't an option. We can't afford to rest on our laurels and let vengeful politicians have the upper hand. That's why we're asking you personally: Can you rush in $15 before midnight to close this gap and push us past our goal? >>

Everything hinges on what we do in moments like these.

We know it's easy to tune out now that the election is over.

But the attacks on our voting rights aren't letting up -- and neither can we.

Will you rush in $15 before midnight?

iVote Civic Education Fund is dedicated to expanding our right to vote.

Oregon, California, West Virginia, Connecticut, and Vermont recently enacted bipartisan Automatic Voter Registration legislation, which between the five states will bring nearly 9 million new voters into our democracy.

Additionally, in most states, the secretary of state administers elections -- often with the power to interpret election laws, determine acceptable forms of ID, manage voter registration systems, and oversee early vote and Election Day.

These responsibilities give secretaries of state considerable control over implementing voting laws, and the liberty to make influential policy decisions that impact key communities.

iVote Civic Education Fund is working to increase awareness of the functions and impact of secretaries of state on voter participation -- because iVote is dedicated to the powerful notion that every eligible citizen should be able to vote.

We need you with us in this fight long-term. But if you must leave us, you can unsubscribe
