(A picture of Bill Gates smiling gleefully as he thinks about “Plandemic 2025.”)
If you want to know what “plandemic” we’re in for next, look no further than Bill Gates and the World Health Organization (WHO). It turns out the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, the WHO, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on Oct. 23, 2022, held another pandemic tabletop exercise called “Catastrophic Contagion [ [link removed] ]” in Brussels, Belgium.
Did you hear about this in the news? Me neither.
If you know anything about the “events” that led up to COVID-19, then you know these exercises have an uncanny ability to predict the next pandemic and when it will happen.
This particular exercise simulated a series of WHO emergency health advisory board meetings to tackle a “fictional pandemic” set in the near future of 2025. The “catastrophic contagion” is called “Severe Epidemic Respiratory Syndrome” or "S.E.E.R.S.” This virus spread rapidly from two Latin American countries and disproportionately affected the very age group COVID-19 ironically didn’t touch — children and young people.
(While you’re taking notes of the research you need to do, look into what Bill Gates is doing with enteroviruses and what he, his foundation, and subsidiaries are investing in.)

During the simulation, there were 1 billion cases of S.E.E.R.S, and 20 million people died, “including nearly 15 million children.” Those left alive suffered brain damage and paralysis. (You have to be extra special to think up a pandemic like this one.)
Here’s the three-minute highlight reel [ [link removed] ]. (This is literally a blueprint of what’s coming down the pipeline in 2025, and we only have two years to prepare for this.)
Participants consisted of 10 current and former health ministers and senior public health officials from the U.S., Senegal, Rwanda, Nigeria, Angola, Liberia, Singapore, India, and Germany, as well as Bill Gates — who has no medical or scientific credentials but has the innate ability to predict pandemics and controls literally every organization tasked with responding.
Participants in the exercise were “challenged to make urgent policy decisions [ [link removed] ] with limited information in the face of uncertainty.” Each problem and choice had serious health, economic, and social ramifications for us plebians who weren’t invited to the party.
Reading between the lines, this stimulation was entirely about gaining more control over the global population and circumventing the mechanisms we used to fight back against tyranny during COVID-19. Bill Gates didn’t like that global leaders couldn’t get on the same page during COVID on whether travel restrictions should be imposed or schools should be shut down. He didn’t like that the scientific community was not on the “same page” about treatments and vaccines — and that people listened to the voices of dissent. Actually, he doesn’t want “dissent” to be allowed at all during the next pandemic.
If we can get the “wisest and most experienced international public health leaders” in the same room, maybe we can get everyone on the same page next time. Right?
“The exercise raised a pivotal question [ [link removed] ]: If future pandemics have a much higher lethality than COVID-19, or for example, if they affect predominantly children, would or should countries take different, stronger, earlier measures to contain it, and what are those measures?”
According to the Center for Health Security [ [link removed] ], this exercise simulation was an operational exercise to “strategically prepare for such challenges ahead of time.” Do you understand what this means?
“The more effectively we can reach scientific and practical consensus on the best approach to very hard but foreseeable problems, the more we will be ready in the future to protect lives and national economies,” the event’s website states.
In other words, “we need to get on the same page about lockdowns, school closings, and travel restrictions and develop our scientific consensus now so that it’s easier to silence dissent later.”
Here’s a brief list of what Bill Gates, global elites, and the WHO proposed during this exercise (emphasis mine):
A global network of professional public health leaders (chosen by Bill Gates and global elites) who can “work together” to improve epidemic preparedness and response and “strive for consensus on scientific issues in advance of the next major outbreak.”
A global “professionalized network" of public health preparedness and response leaders (chosen by Bill Gates and global elites) who can “work together” between and during epidemics to “better prepare all countries” and provide mutual aid and “sharing of best practices” (developed by Bill Gates and global elites) during serious epidemics.
Create a “professionalized Pandemic Corps” (AKA, a “pandemic police corps”) consisting of national public health leaders (chosen by Bill Gates and global elites) to assist political leaders (chosen by global elites) in adopting “consensus views.” (This doesn’t sound dangerous at all).
“Countries should prioritize efforts to increase trust in government and public health (who lied to us during COVID-19, sold us out to pharmaceutical companies, and killed millions of people), improve public health communication efforts [by shutting down alternative media and using our tax dollars to manipulate us with propaganda], increase the resiliency of populations to misleading information (defined by Bill Gates and the Global elites), and reduce the spread of harmful misinformation (subjectively deemed “harmful” by Bill Gates and global elites who don’t believe in the first amendment and control the media).
“In future pandemics, we should continue to expect even more major disruptions from misinformation and disinformation.” (In other words, we should expect people to fight back against blatantly false propaganda imposed upon them in an effort to manipulate and control them.)
“Countries need to collaborate to anticipate that threat and prepare to combat it with their own laws and procedures. Just as many types of economic and societal harms can be anticipated and accounted for in pandemic preparedness plans, so too can predictable false or misleading health messaging. Concertedly exploring ways to address this phenomenon on a national level in advance of the next pandemic will be crucial to saving lives.” (Translation: We need to conspire together to get rid of the first amendment because it will interfere with our plans to “save lives.”)
Who should be the leader in providing health information? They’ve already thought about this, too. The event’s website states, “the WHO can be a globally trusted source that can share science and public health information widely.”
Does anyone else see a problem with this? Do you know who the biggest funders are of the WHO? China [ [link removed] ], the Rockefeller Foundation [ [link removed] ], and Bill Gates [ [link removed] ]. (We also, unfortunately, still fund the WHO, as does the World Bank, Saudi Arabia, and many other countries we should absolutely not be concerned about.)
Last but not least, get the vaccines ready. “Empowering all regions of the world to save lives during a pandemic would increase equitable access to life-saving treatments [excluding cheap and effective medications everyone has access to) and vaccines [ah yes, there it is…).
Therefore, “we need to build up manufacturing, distribution, and administration capacities around the world” in advance. (Can someone please explain how we can manufacture a vaccine for a pandemic that hasn’t happened yet?)
If you’re still clueless about the significance of this little event the media didn’t cover, allow me to take you back to “Event 201” — a global pandemic “exercise” about a novel coronavirus conducted five minutes before we were hit with COVID-19. And no, this is not a conspiracy — although we should all know by now that those deemed conspiracy theorists were bang-on throughout the entire COVID pandemic.

The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, the World Economic Forum, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation hosted Event 201, a high-level pandemic exercise, on Oct. 18, 2019, in New York. The training exercise went through step-by-step how the world’s global elites would respond to a coronavirus pandemic they had “no idea” was going to happen — complete with lockdowns and the large-scale economic and societal devastation we actually experienced.
(Bill Gates also held a Monkeypox preparedness exercise in 2021 which predicted the exact month Monkeypox emerged. How does he do it?)
Now, if anyone is watching closely, the only difference between Event 201 and Catastrophic Contagion is that the World Economic Forum was replaced with the WHO as a participant, which makes sense because the WHO is trying to expand its global pandemic powers by 2024.
The WHO is attempting to form a new global pandemic treaty that would grant it absolute power [ [link removed] ] over global biosecurity, such as the power to declare a pandemic, implement vaccine passports and mandatory vaccinations, surveil citizens, initiate lockdowns, impose travel restrictions and standardize medical care.
In case you’re wondering, the U.S. is a member of the WHO. If the WHO controls the pandemic response, that alleviates the biggest reason elites weren’t successful of obtaining complete control of us during COVID-19. Think about it, what stopped the ushering in of vaccine passports, endless travel restrictions, and vaccine mandates for all? We did — the American people, our justice system, and the United States Constitution. If power over pandemics is given to the WHO, what now is our recourse? Are we going to file lawsuits against the WHO? Who exactly does the WHO (pun intended) answer to? Not us.
The only way to theoretically challenge anything the WHO imposes would be to elect a President who dissolves our membership with this ridiculously corrupt organization, but that’s a conversation for another time.
While Bill Gates, the WHO, and elites are planning the next pandemic, we should be planning our response to it. (Perhaps an “exercise” of our own is in order?) We have approximately two years to get our affairs in order, get the right people in office, preserve our first amendment rights, get a hold of the scientific community still firing on all cylinders, take down Big Tech, overhaul our U.S. regulatory agencies, and figure out what we’re going to do.
Are you ready?
