Dear John,
I often find myself, as I do at the end of the year, pausing to reflect on all that we've accomplished together and reminding myself to take a deep breath (or two!) before we are in the frenzied stretch of the holiday season.
I am reminded of the importance of helping and being there for each other, especially during the holidays.

That's why I wanted to reach out to you today and tell you about Chester County Food Bank, a fantastic program right here in our community that is doing amazing work!
This organization has been working day in and day out, every year, to help provide emergency relief for families who are struggling to get food on the table, and I've been so grateful to get the chance to tour their facility and volunteer in their community gardens. Here's how you can help out too:
|
- Donate: If you have the means to do so, consider making a gift of any amount you can. Every dollar will make a big difference in their critical work to distribute meals to families who are in need. Click here to donate.
|
- Volunteer: I can't think of a better way to make a difference in folks' lives than to be there for them – and I say this from personal experience. Chester County Food Bank is always in need of volunteers to help pack food boxes for those in need. So please, if you're healthy and feel safe doing so, click here to sign up to be a volunteer.
|
Finally, if you need food for yourself and your loved ones right now, you can click here to find your local food bank and get access to the resources you need right in your neighborhood.

Seeing so many Americans step up to lend a helping hand throughout the year gives me a profound sense of gratitude.
Thank you so much for all you do, and all my best wishes to you and your family for a safe and healthy holiday season.
