Dear John, The Supreme Court delayed a meltdown at our border this week, but the final outcome is very much in doubt.
The Biden Administration plans to end the Title 42 order that allows our border patrol to expel those who enter our country illegally.
As the former acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) with more than 30 years of law enforcement experience, I cannot tell you how destructive this could be to our country.
Border agents have reported more than 7,000 illegal border crossings a day since Joe Biden came to power. Once the Title 42 order ends, that number will explode to up to 15,000 a day. Something must be done. We cannot let this happen!

The battle to protect our borders and our country will not be won through political speeches, but through the legal system. That’s why I support the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) in their efforts, and I encourage you to support IRLI as well. |
IRLI is the only legal group in the country dedicated exclusively to defending the rights of Americans like you when it comes to immigration. I joined IRLI as a senior fellow because I truly believe it is a critical organization in our fight and is worthy of your support. That’s why I am urging you to make an end-of-year donation to IRLI right away. |
IRLI is getting results.
As counsel for the State of Texas, we have successfully defended President Trump’s Title 42 order in several courts, which has resulted in literal millions of illegal aliens being summarily excluded from the United States. That is thanks to the support of donors like you!
As you can imagine, those kind of results are not possible without resources.
We are counting on patriotic Americans like you to join us in this cause by making a special end-of-year contribution of $50, $100, $250, or $1,000 today. Your tax-deductible gift will be put directly into to fight to protect our families and our communities from this growing crisis. |
Thank you in advance for your support. Best wishes to you and your family this holiday season. Sincerely, |
Tom Homan, IRLI Senior Fellow |
