There are thousands of judges in this country, but only nine of them do not have to abide by a binding code of ethics. We have trusted Supreme Court justices to police themselves — but time and time again, they have failed.
Earlier this week, I broke down the historic number of ethics scandals coming out of the Court this year. I’m glad some of our champions in Congress are leading the fight to hold them accountable, but it’s clear we need to do more.
