The next two years won’t always be easy. Republicans will have a narrow majority in the House and Kevin McCarthy is hell-bent on removing Ilhan from the Foreign Affairs Committee in a bad-faith attempt to silence her.

We need to make sure our people-first movement is louder than ever. That means having the resources to organize for our shared priorities, supporting Ilhan as she fights for progressive policies like universal school meals and Medicare for All in Congress, and fighting back against any attacks that come our way.
