Taxpayer, this is an urgent new call to action. Our top investigators have uncovered unmistakable evidence that the FDA is hiding evidence of systemic primate torture. Congress will be voting on the budget at any moment. We’ve filed an emergency lawsuit. See below. To receive fewer emails, please adjust your preferences.
Taxpayer— bumping this from Christine (AND Justin).
We’re seeing a poor showing of support for this new campaign. Maybe folks just don’t care as much about lab monkeys as puppies?
Well, we do care. (And we usually win big). But tonight, we’re going to lose if we don’t hit our budget.
11:59PM is the deadline. Can you chip in?

Taxpayer, I don’t want to lose…and here’s why.
Back in 2017, our lawsuit exposed the FDA’s $5.5 million nicotine addiction experiments on baby monkeys.
Juvenile squirrel monkeys were locked alone in chambers, trained to push levers for nicotine hits, and forcibly addicted. FDA filmed it:
That’s an actual video of Gregory, formerly known as gov’t ID #5334, inside an FDA nicotine addiction chamber. Gregory suffered unexplained wounds and chewed his own tail from stress.
Our successful lawsuit EXPOSED Gregory’s secret video and helped SHUT DOWN the entire lab. And, for the first time in agency history, we retired and released ALL twenty-six of his friends!
Here’s Gregory now—safe at a warm Florida sanctuary. The FDA even paid his lifetime retirement costs!
Now he’s a happy squirrel monkey (just look at that adorable smile).
But Taxpayer, we’re not even close to reaching our new budget. If we come up short, more monkeys like Gregory won’t get the chance to smile in the fresh, open air.
My team also just cut FDA’s primate testing by a whopping 44%. Your donation made this happen, too, and you should be quite proud. Since 2015, no other group has shut down a single monkey lab.
We can do better. I want to save the remaining 66% of our government’s P.O.W.s — prisoners of waste! — still trapped in FDA torture chambers. We’re on a tight deadline, so we really need your help again.
Thanks,

P.S. I recently had the opportunity to meet Gregory. Here’s me, Gregory, and my baby! Let’s fully fund our new lawsuit, win the campaign, and retire more monkeys like Gregory. Are you in?
Taxpayer— do you know what it feels like to choke to death?
You SLOWLY run out of oxygen. You GASP from pressure on your larynx. This tightness sends EMERGENCY signals to your brain, alerting you to freak out.
But imagine you can't make any noise. You can't even move. You're RESTRAINED in a vise!
So, you DIE of asphyxiation. ALONE... in a government basement.
BREAKING: The White Coat Waste Project (WCW) is suing the FDA! It’s REFUSING to hand over information about these atrocious taxpayer-funded monkey experiments.
Documents obtained by our investigators exposed AR-388’s heartbreaking death and much worse.
Our exposé led Congress to make the FDA install live-feed cameras in an effort to stop “accidental” strangulations and monkey deaths. Here’s what we found:
Taxpayer, I'm outraged. The FDA has no right to do this to an innocent monkey!
And these white coats have NO RIGHT to hide evidence of their crimes! That’s why we’ve filed this new lawsuit on your behalf.
Our new lawsuit could break the back of the FDA’s primate testing business!
You see, no other group has shut down a monkey lab in the USA since 2015. Zero labs closed.
Meanwhile, WCW has successfully shut down two primate labs at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs. And we’ve already destroyed 44% of the FDA’s primate abuse!
Our new campaign and lawsuit could make it 100%. But fighting the FDA is extremely expensive.
Thanks,
Justin Goodman White Coat Waste Project |
P.S. DEADLINE: In 2017, after you donated, we sued the FDA for refusing to release videos of their $5.5 million nicotine addiction experiments on baby monkeys. We won…and a few months later, we shut down the entire lab and retired all survivors to a Florida sanctuary! We’ve since slashed FDA monkey testing almost by half.
My team can finish the job now, but only if we cover our sky-high campaign costs. Please rush a secure donation before the deadline. Currently, Congress is facing an urgent deadline to fund the government and the FDA budget. This is our best chance to strike. – Thanks, Justin
