As you know, the Center for American liberty is involved in numerous lawsuits to defend our freedoms protected under the Constitution.

These are often long, drawn out legal battles and updates can be few and far between.

But today, I have several breaking updates that I wanted to share with you!

Update #1 – Rogan Reinstated!

In an exciting turn of events, our client, Rogan O’Handley also known as @DC_Draino has been REINSTATED on Twitter.

After the 2020 election, California’s Secretary of State’s Office directed Twitter to censor Rogan after he called for an audit of the 2020 election results.

Then, Twitter censored Rogan’s tweets and kicked him off Twitter completely…

…that is until now. Rogan has now been REINSTATED!

Make no mistake, as thrilled as we are to see Rogan reinstated, we want to make sure that this never happens again…not to Rogan…not to anyone else.

That is why our lawsuit against Twitter and California is still moving forward. In fact, earlier this week our team presented oral arguments at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

We cannot simply turn a blind eye to the collusion that occurred between government bureaucrats and Twitter to silence conservative viewpoints.

It’s up to us to hold these anti-free speech bureaucrats accountable and make sure this never happens again.

Update #2 – Victory in California!

During the height of the COVID-19 health crisis several localities in the state of California shut down schools, businesses, and churches without ever providing the data or science behind what they were doing.

The Center for American Liberty filed a series of public records requests followed by lawsuits demanding that the government “show us the science” behind the unconstitutional lockdowns.

I’m happy to announce that because of our legal actions, not only were several documents released for the public to see, but Alameda County was forced to pay all our attorney fees – a sum exceeding $77,000!

We’re only able to win victories like these because of the support of patriotic Americans like you.

Update #3 – Big win in Anti-SLAPP Hearing in the Hastings case

In case you hadn’t heard, we’re suing California for its unlawful attempt to re-name The UC  Hastings College of Law.

This is just another attempt by the radical left to re-write history and erase the name of a great American legal mind—Serranus Hastings—from an institution of higher education.

We’re fighting tooth and nail to protect our history and heritage from complete destruction.

Just yesterday we argued against an Anti-SLAPP motion filed by the government – and we won!

The judge sided with us ruling that the government was not engaging in constitutionally-protected free speech when it attempted to change the name of the law school – and so, our lawsuit continues!  

These are just a few of the cases we’re actively working on.
