Time is running out to bring warmth, shelter and vital health services to Ukrainians as temperatures plummet. Families are living in damaged homes and struggling to access heat and electricity. We're in a race against the clock before winter costs more lives.

As temperatures continue to plummet well below freezing, the IRC is scaling up our efforts to meet the needs of Ukrainians this winter.

In areas close to the frontlines, we are providing shelter materials like PVC and plywood to seal holes in roofs, walls and windows. In areas where businesses still operate, we are continuing our cash distribution program to help families buy the supplies they need to survive the winter.
