HUMAN TRAFFICKING AWARENESS DAY

Since 2007, the U.S. has recognized January 11th as Human Trafficking Awareness Day. On this day, and throughout National Human Trafficking Awareness and Prevention Month in January, we recognize that this we recognize this crime does not only occur abroad but impacts children and adults, women and men in our country as well. For over 25 years, ECPAT-USA has worked with federal, state and local governments as well as the private sector, other organizations, and advocates to prevent trafficking and protect children from exploitation. Join us this month in building a bright future for kids across the country.
