MAJOR SCOTUS NEWS: Supreme Court Hears Arguments on Far-Reaching Elections Case

John, this is serious: just two weeks ago, SCOTUS heard oral arguments on Moore v. Harper – a case that is CRITICAL to Trump’s 2024 election plans and could UPEND our very democracy by allowing state legislatures to decide the winner of elections instead of voters.

With SCOTUS’ approval at a historic low after a series of controversial rulings, we’re asking our top grassroots supporters to respond to this 1-click live poll:

Do you trust the Supreme Court?

YES / NO

John, it’s hard to overstate how dangerous things could get if the far-right prevails with Moore v. Harper.

Conservatives in this case are arguing in favor of installing an “independent state legislature theory,” which would allow any state with a GOP state legislature to OVERRIDE the popular vote – and Democratic victories – in our elections! This puts our very democracy at risk.

Republicans know that Trump’s deeply unpopular and can’t win fair and square, so this is their best path to victory in 2024. Winning this case is so important to Donald Trump – who recently suggested that the U.S. Constitution be “terminated” – that he and his cronies are doing everything they can to influence the Court.

We know that in America, voters should choose their leaders – not the other way around. So we need a HUGE public outcry against the far-right’s attempt to undermine our elections, and that starts with you. As a top grassroots supporter in your area, we're counting on you to respond to our live poll before midnight tonight:

Do you trust the Supreme Court?

YES / NO
