Dear John,

MPI’s National Center on Immigrant Integration Policy is hiring!

Are you a dynamic individual eager to shape education policy and make an impact? The Center has two job openings:

  • Associate Policy Analyst/Policy Analyst for Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Associate Director for K-12 Partnerships and Policy

The Associate Director will oversee a range of program activities that assist stakeholders at state and local levels in understanding and addressing policy challenges and opportunities affecting English Learners (ELs) and immigrant-background students.

The Associate Policy Analyst/Policy Analyst will produce qualitative and quantitative analyses of early childhood education and care (ECEC) issues, policies, and programs at federal and local levels that affect Dual Language Learners (DLLs) and young children from immigrant and refugee families.

Through policy research and analysis as well as technical assistance, NCIIP supports state and local community leaders, elected officials, researchers, state and local agency managers, and others in identifying and promoting policy solutions that support successful integration trajectories for immigrants and their families.

Both positions are based in Washington, D.C. and follow MPI’s hybrid work plan. Applications for the Associate Director position are due by close of business on January 7; the deadline for the APA/PA position is January 23, but we encourage early applications.

We would appreciate if you could share word of these openings with your networks.

Thank you and wishing you happy holidays,
