God has a **slingshot** and often times we find oursleves in it and it can be _confusing_.
Sunday, I preached a sermon on how **Joseph in the Book of Genesis** was inside God's Slingshot ( [link removed] ).
At 17 years of age, God gave Joseph a dream about his future. But his life was nothing but setback after setback.
Joseph was thrown in a pit by his own brothers, sold as slave to Egypt, falsely accused of rape by Potiphar's wife and forgotten in an Egyptian prison.
Joseph kept getting pulled back in God's Slingshot ( [link removed] ) but in Genesis 41 the release took place and he became the **Prime Minister** of the most powerful country on the planet in a moment.
**Maybe the setbacks in your life are setups to propel you into the destiny that God has for you...**
