I’m Lauren Baer, the Managing Partner at Arena, and I’m excited to announce our first training of the 2023-24 cycle.

As we look ahead to 2024, we know that the most valuable campaign staffers are those with experience. But we also know that it can be hard to build the skills and stamina to stay in the work. That’s why we’ve designed Arena Academy 201, our training program focused on upskilling and retaining staffers with at least one cycle of campaign experience (three months or more) who currently manage or want to manage people and programs on a campaign.

At Academy 201 you’ll join a passionate and dedicated community of progressive professionals excited about becoming better campaign leaders. And you’ll gain the assistance of the Arena Careers team in helping you land your next gig. Previous Arena Academy graduates are encouraged to apply.
