When Kaiden came out as transgender to his mom Kristen, she didn’t understand at first. Then she realized that “...if Kaiden was going to be happy and at peace, I just had to accept it and continue to love my child.” “She's so supportive. She is, like, full of love,” Kaiden says of his mom.

Lyndon’s family disowned him when he shared that he was transgender. Danny, a local pastor, and his family welcomed Lyndon into their home. Feeling loved and safe for the first time allowed Lyndon to heal. Today, Lyndon describes himself as “...running towards what I love, not away from what I fear.”
