 I wanted to give you the latest update regarding my RICO lawsuit against Facebook, Twitter, Mark Zuckerberg, Jack Dorsey, and P&G to hold Big Tech accountable!
Both Facebook and Twitter have tried every angle to get my RICO case dismissed, but once again, we’ve filed an opposition to their motion, and I know my case will proceed.
As Elon Musk continues to release new batches of Twitter Files, every new release further proves what my case has alleged all along – Big Tech has been weaponized by the Left to ban conservative political speech, and it has been used by our Federal Government and the FBI to illegally interfere in U.S. elections.
Over the weekend, the most recent batch of released Twitter Files proved the FBI’s collusion with Twitter to interfere with our elections!
My opposition to their motion to dismiss my historic RICO case is just the next step to prove it all in court and hold Big Tech's criminal enterprise accountable.
Unfortunately, the court system works slowly by default, and taking on Big Tech giants like Facebook, Twitter, and P&G is even more tedious and costly. With every new motion filed, it creates even more legal fees for me and my team. I need your crucial help today to keep this legal fight going!
I will keep fighting through every motion to dismiss, or any other ploy the Big Tech Mafia may throw our way.
