This is HUGE, team: the January 6th Committee has just voted unanimously for criminal referrals against Trump for refusing to comply with the committee’s subpoena.

Because of Trump, his anti-democratic, white-supremacist mob of supporters violently charged the Capitol grounds with the clear purpose of stopping the certification of a free and fair election to reinstall Trump as president and were even willing to murder Vice President Pence or anyone else who got in the way.

It’s time for Trump to be held accountable for such an unparalleled crime against our democracy, but McCarthy will do everything he can to squander the committee’s progress.
