Need legal clarity

Hi John,

We now have dueling court cases working their way through the legal system.

Some good news: Kari Lake's campaign will be able to inspect some ballots for fraud.

And we have a precedent in AZ for letting the legal system play out!

I am Arizona Senator Wendy Rogers, the Chairman of the Senate Elections Committee. Help me support all the efforts at election integrity! ([link removed])

Becker News has the report on Kari Lake's legal success:

Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake has scored a major victory in her lawsuit against Governor-Elect Katie Hobbs, the former Secretary of State who certified a state election that was rife with critical errors.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson approved three of Lake‘s four demands that entailed examining random ballots from the county.

The approved request came in the aftermath of a 70-page lawsuit that Lake filed against top state election officials. Her legal team argues there were thousands of illegal votes and “violations” in the election process that resulted in a victory for Hobbs.

“Our lawsuit isn’t based on conspiracy or wild speculation,” Lake‘s campaign tweeted. “We have laid out a very clear theory about statutory violations and a broken chain of custody. These ballots deserve close scrutiny and we’re delighted we have been granted it.”

The ruling authorized Lake‘s team’s to inspect 50 random ballots cast on Election Day from six polling stations in Maricopa County.

Don't fret about the legal cases taking some time; there is a precedent for the courts reversing a sworn in governor after fraud was confirmed!

Recall the 1916 AZ governor race was contested, and the "declared winner" was overturned by a court, 12 months later, and ordered to repay state for 12 months salary!

Meanwhile, several other developments have come to light that show the dubious nature of the election in 2022.

Justthenews reports that the Maricopa County recorder, Stephen Richer, can't account for over 15,000 ballots, per his own email communications!

Recently disclosed internal communications between top election officials in Arizona's Maricopa County in the immediate aftermath of Election Day reveal that they struggled to reconcile a discrepancy of almost 16,000 in outstanding ballot totals.

The governor's race in Arizona was decided by a margin of just over 17,000 votes.

Maricopa County was plagued by numerous issues with ballot machines at many of its vote centers on Election Day, resulting in delays and long lines.

Prior to a Maricopa County press conference with Board of Supervisors Chair Bill Gates and Recorder Stephen Richer on Nov. 10, Richer sent an email to Elections Director Scott Jarrett, Gates and others about a significant discrepancy between the county's estimated remaining ballot totals and the number reported by the secretary of state's office.

Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs was also the Democratic nominee for governor in the Nov. 8 election.

"Unable to currently reconcile SOS listing with our estimates from yesterday," Richer wrote, showing that Maricopa County estimated having 392,000 ballots left to be counted, while the secretary of state's website said there were 407,664 ballots left.

"So there's a 15,000 difference somewhere," Richer said, although the discrepancy cited was closer to16,000.

The recorder's office did not provide comment on the ballot discrepancy by publication deadline.

Boy, I wouldn't trust Maricopa County to count to five.

Further, It has been discovered by the Gateway Pundit that some AZ politicians have family members on the Board of the company that's running some parts of Arizona's elections!

Runbeck Election Services President and COO Jeff Ellington Chairs the Board of Directors of Precision Aero, formerly Riggins Engineering Inc. & Pinnacle Mfg. Co., Inc., which is owned by Black Mountain Investment Company.

Runbeck is used for printing mail-in ballots and signature verification in Arizona’s elections.

The Toma family founded Black Mountain Investment Company, and three of Arizona House Speaker RINO Ben Toma’s family members sit on the Board of Directors.

Mihai Toma and Andrei Toma also sit on the Precision Aero Board of Directors as President and Secretary with Precision Aero Chairman Jeff Ellington, who is also President and COO of Runbeck. Mihai Toma and Andrei Toma are the brothers of Ben Toma.

Something is certainly fishy with the 2022 election- and apparently, many things.

The lawsuits are making their way through the courts. But we clearly need better defined laws to govern our elections, and make sure bad actors cannot hijack them!

I am a State Senator and Chairman of the Elections Committee, and I will support those fighting for election integrity, both in the courts and in the halls of the State Capitol. ([link removed])

I will be writing legislation to fix this mess. I need you to join me so people know that we have popular support ([link removed]) .

P.S. Arizona is paying attention to how well I can raise money - and how many patriots can support me. Will you help me show them how serious we are about election integrity? ([link removed])
