The stakes this year couldn’t be more important. Since 2020 began, we’ve already seen:  
  • A new Trump proposal to roll back our nation’s oldest environmental law
  • Continued anti-immigrant rhetoric coming out of the White House
  • GOP lawmakers urging the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade
While Republicans attack our well-being and environment, we’re fighting in California to protect our families because we simply can’t afford to wait until a Democrat retakes the White House.
 
 
We’re making a serious dent in curtailing the worst of President Trump’s efforts — our 65 lawsuits have slowed down and blocked policies harming our communities.
 
We’ve halted Republican attempts to take away access to cost-free birth control. We’ve blocked efforts to intimidate immigrant communities. And we’ve secured key victories protecting our environment.
 
With many court fights ongoing — including our work to defend the entire Affordable Care Act and DACA program — we’re not going away. Team, can you stand with us today as we fight to protect our California values in 2020?
