Welcome to the third edition of The Susie Lee Gazette! December was a busy
month for our campaign, so we wanted to give you a quick recap with what we’ve
been up to in and around Nevada’s Third District.


🎄 Happy Holidays! 🕎

Susie kicked off Hanukkah celebrations with the Jewish Family Services Agency
of Las Vegas at their 10th Annual Lighting of the Menorah ceremony.

We’re hoping everyone had a wonderful and safe holiday season with their
friends, family and loved ones -- no matter when you celebrate!

🗳️ We’re Ready For 2020 🗳️

Susie had the pleasure of meeting with the Clark County Democratic Party where
she talked about the work she’s doing to lower prescription drug prices,
protect our public lands and improve our education system. This group was fired
up and ready to get to work to elect Susie Lee and other Democrats up and down
the ballot!

❌ Addressing Gun Violence ❌

After decades of stalled progress, and thanks to the hard work of Gabby
Giffords and so many others, our government will finally allow funding for
research towards ending gun violence and how to prevent tragedies like the
deadliest mass shooting in American history, which took place right in my home
district. We can no longer sit idly by as this gun violence epidemic plagues
every corner of the country.

Thank you, Gabby, for all your hard work in addressing the issue of gun
violence.

🆕 Important Campaign Update 🆕

We need to make sure you saw the latest campaign news -- and it’s not very
good news.

The same right-wing super PAC that dedicated $7,000,000 towards defeating
vulnerable Democrats announced last month they’re adding another$1,500,000 to
their smear campaign. And $500,000 of that alone is going into attack ads
against our campaign.

Susie only won NV-03 by a single-digit margin in 2018, so Republicans are
circling our district as theirs for the taking if they can pour enough money
into defeating Susie.

Will you help Susie keep up the great work she’s doing in Congress by making a
$20.20 donation to start the year off strong and fend off these Republican
attacks?
