john,

We're quickly approaching the two year anniversary of the January 6 insurrection. After months of Donald Trump peddling his "Big Lie," a violent pro-Trump mob stormed our nation's Capitol building as Kim and her colleagues met to certify the results of the 2020 presidential election.

In the time following this attack on our democracy, not enough has been done to prevent an event like this from ever happening again. That's why Kim and her colleagues in Congress are working to pass the Electoral Count Reform Act to defend our democracy.

The Electoral Count Reform Act would help close the loopholes Trump attempted to exploit in order to maintain the presidency. This legislation would ensure that the electoral college votes reflect each state's popular vote for president and make it harder to object to electoral votes.

This bill would be a step in the right direction toward defending our democracy and ensuring that an event like January 6 never happens again. That's why Kim is working hard to pass this important legislation, but she wants to know if you're with her.

If you agree this legislation is necessary to defending our democracy, add your name to show your support of the Electoral Count Reform Act >>
