** Did you know that thousands of employers match the charitable gifts of their employees?

An estimated $2-3 billion is donated through matching gift programs annually. Yet, an estimated $4-7 billion of matching gift funds go unclaimed each year.
When you make your year end gift to Peace Over Violence, check with your human resources representative to find out if your donation is eligible for an employer match.
If your company has a matching gift program, this is an opportunity for you to increase your impact by designating the match to POV. Some matching gift programs give up to two times the amount of your donation turning your $500 into a $1,500 contribution to help survivors of sexual and domestic violence.
