BUY A RAFFLE TICKET   Chamber Supports County Board Extending Sunset Date for TOSA Rules The Chamber continues to support the incorporation of flexible Temporary Outdoor Seating Area (TOSA) rules into Arlington’s permanent code concerning restaurants. The County Board will be considering an extension to the expiration date of the TOSA rules. The Chamber sent a letter to the County strongly supporting the passage of the extension, as well as strongly urging the County to complete and implement permanent rules permitting outdoor dining. We hope that the new permanent outdoor dining rules will incorporate much of the flexibility of TOSA regulations, and allow restaurants to retain as much of their current TOSA space as feasibly possible.
