On ABC yesterday, Correspondent Martha Raddatz grilled Governor Abbott of Texas about the border disaster.  Ms. Raddatz, a liberal woman, said that President Biden has never said the border is open and heavily implied it was Abbott and other Republicans making a false charge; one that is encouraging illegal border crossings. That analysis is almost breathtaking in its foolishness.  From the very day of his inauguration, Mr. Biden has failed to obey US immigration law that requires asylum seekers to present themselves at Ports of Entry.
