There’s been a LOT of impeachment news recently, and guess what -- there’s
going to be even more coming very soon.

Here’s what’s incoming:

 1. Soon (really soon -- like next week soon!), House Speaker Nancy Pelosi
will forward the articles of impeachment to the Senate.
 2. At that point, the impeachment trial will begin, likely the day after
the articles are transmitted. Unless a deal is made soon, the trial
will start without an agreement on whether to allow witnesses with
direct knowledge of Trump’s corruption to testify.

Now, a reminder: a “trial” without witnesses is a sham, and it’s the
Senate’s responsibility to be impartial jurors in impeachment proceedings.
That’s why Indivisibles are working day and night to make sure our
senators hear that message loud and clear. (Related: first thing Monday

Trial!)

Indivisibles are making calls, hosting events, writing letters to the
editor, and more to show our senators that we expect a fair trial. And as
an organization, we’re running ads, doing policy research, and providing
