Our organization was born from the labor movement, which is why we’re proud to carry on the legacy of union organizers as we fight for higher wages, better benefits, and economic fairness. 

As 2022 comes to a close, we want to recognize all of the tireless efforts made by American workers this year. From demanding better benefits to quitting unhealthy working conditions to unionizing altogether, American workers made it clear in 2022 that they are ready to fight back.

But despite being supported by 68% of Americans, workers face many challenges when it comes to unionizing. We’re reaching out today, team, to ask you to sign on and share your support for unions.

We saw union-busting tactics from companies like Amazon and Starbucks this year, but these tactics prove even these multi-billion dollar corporations fear the power of workers. They fear this power because they know their practices of underpaying and undervaluing their workers are on the line.
