Welcome to 2020, John.

By now, you’re probably getting back into the swing of everyday life after the holiday season. It’s been all hands on deck here at HQ since we rang in the new year, and now that the election year has officially begun, we’re not taking a single day for granted.

This time is critical for us to continue laying a foundation strong enough to lead us to another hard-fought victory in 10 months.

In our last election, we didn’t follow the Washington blueprint. After years of politicians taking our voices and our votes for granted, we built a campaign that put real Mainers and the issues we face at the forefront.

I want to be clear, John: That won’t change now that I’m running as an incumbent. I’m sticking with the people and the grassroots strategies that propelled us to a history-making win in 2018. I know that together, we can do it again.

But we can’t waste any time. With the first votes of 2020 happening in just a few weeks, our next fight is closer than it appears. So I’m asking today if you can join us as a 2020 Founding Donor. I’m looking for 500 supporters to step up, and I hope I can count on you as one.
